Fish Balls recipe
Trimmings:
• Machhli (Fish) 500 gram
• Anda (Egg) 1
• Safaid mirch pisi hui (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
• Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
• Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1
• Gaajar (Carrot) half
• Kala zaitoon (Black olive) 10 gram
• Badam (Almond) 5 gram
• Pista (Pistachio) 5 gram
• Parsley 5 gram
• Zaitoon ka tail (Olive oil) 3 tbs
• Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2
• Makai ka aata (Corn flour) ½ cup
• Maidah (Refined wheat flour) ½ cup
• Double roti ka choora (Bread crumbs) 1 cup
Steps to make:
- Sub se pehle aik grinder mein machli daal kar grind kar lein.
- Phir is mein anda, safaid mirch powder, namak, sabz shimla mirch, gaajar, kala zaitoon, badam, pista, parsley, zaitoon ka tail aur sabz mirch daal kar mix kar len.
- Ab is mein corn flour aur maidah daal kar mix kar lein aur tayyar kiye hue mixture ki balls bana lein.
- Phir balls ko corn flour aur anday mein dip kar ke bread crumbs laga lein.
- Ab tayyar ki hui balls ko tail mein deep fry kar len.
- Mazedar fish balls tayyar hain.
