 No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake


Trimmings

Chocolate syrup banana ke liye ajza:

    • Cocoa powder ½ cup 

    • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup

    • Pani (Water) 2 cup

    • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

    • Makkhan (Butter) 4 tbs

    • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp

    • Digestive biscuits 3 cup

Chocolate ganache ke ajza:

    • Dark chocolate 1 cup

    • Cream 1 cup

Assembling ke ajza:

    • Chocolate biscuits 

    • Chocolate ganache  hasbe zaroorat

    • Chocolate frosting  hasbe zaroorat

    • Chocolate chips hasbe zaroorat

Steps to make:

  • Sub se pehle chocolate syrup bananay ke liye aik pan mein cocoa powder, cheeni, pani, namak aur vanilla essence daal kar achi tarhan mix Karein.
  • Phir  usay do se teen minute tak pakayein  aur makkhan daal kar gaarha honay tak pakayein.
  • Ab isay room ke darjae hararat par thanda honay dein.
  • Phir digestive biscuits ko baray tukron mein tor lein.
  • Ab tayyar kiye huay chocolate syrup ko biscuits mein mix Karein aur cake mold mein set Karein.
  • Phir is ko teen se char ghantay ke liye fridge mein rakhein.
  • Chocolate ganache bananay ke liye dark chocolate ko cream ke sath pighla kar aik minute ke liye microwave mein rakhein.
  • Ab is ko achi tarhan mix Karein jab tak ke chocolate cream mein achay se melt na ho jaye.
  • Ab cake ko ganache ke sath layer karein aur is ko aik se do ghantay ke liye fridge mein rakhein.
  • Assembling mein ab tayaar kiya hua cake lein, aur cake ke atraaf mein chocolate chips daal dein. 
  • Phir cake ko chocolate frosting se sajayein, No back chocolate cake tayyar hai.

    • Kali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

    • Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

    • Soya sauce 1 tbs

    • Noodles ½  packet

    • Gaajar kati hui (Carrot) 1 cup

    • Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 cup

    • Hari pyaz (Green onion) 1 cup

    • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 cup

    • Lehsan (Garlic chopped) 1 tbs

    • Pyaz (Onion) 1 cup

    • Chow mien sauce ½ cup

    • Ketchup 1 cup

    • Chilli sauce 2 tbs

    • Kaali mirch (Black pepper) ½  tsp

    • Kuti laal mirch (Red chilli crushed) 1 tsp

    • Cheeni (Brown sugar) 1 tbs

    • Laal mirch pisi hui (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp

    • Safaid mirch pisi hui (White pepper powder) ½ tsp

    • Garam masalha (Spices mix powder) ¼ tsp

    • Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

    • Tail (Oil) 4 tbs

Steps to make:

  • Sub se pehle dish mein chicken marination bananay ke liye aik bowl mein boneless chicken, kali mirch powder, namak, soya sauce, aik tbs tail daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein.
  • Ab is mein chicken daal kar baara se pandrah minute marinate ke liye rakh dein.
  • Chow Mein sauce bananay ke liye aik bowll mein ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce, kali mirch, kuti laal mirch, brown sugar, laal mirch powder, safaid mirch powder aur garam masalha powder daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein chow mein sauce  tayyar hai.
  • Phir aik pan mein pani, aik khanay ka chamach tail aur noodles daal kar 80 feesad paknay tak ubaal lein.
  • Ab in noodles ko thanday pani mein achi tarhan chaan lein.
  • Chow Mein bananay ke liye aik bowl mein tail garam kar ke us mein lehsan daal kar aik minute bhoon lein.
  • Phir is mein marinate kiya hua chicken dalein aur do minute pakayein.
  • Ab is mein band gobhi aur gaajar daal kar taiz aanch par aik se do minute fry Karein.
  • Phir is mein Shimla mirch, pyaz aur chow mien sauce daal kar taiz aanch par mazeed do minute pakayein. (sabzion ko bohot ziada mat pakayein)
  • Aakhir mein ublay hue noodles aur hari pyaz daal kar achi tarhan mix kar lein, mazedar chow mien tayyar hai.

    • Kala zaitoon (Black olive) 10 gram
    • Badam (Almond) 5 gram
    • Pista (Pistachio) 5 gram
    • Parsley  5 gram
    • Zaitoon ka tail (Olive oil) 3 tbs
    • Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2
    • Makai ka aata (Corn flour) ½  cup
    • Maidah (Refined wheat flour) ½  cup
    • Double roti ka choora (Bread crumbs) 1 cup

Steps to make:

  • Sub se pehle aik grinder mein machli daal kar grind kar lein.
  • Phir is mein anda, safaid mirch powder, namak, sabz shimla mirch, gaajar, kala zaitoon, badam, pista, parsley, zaitoon ka tail aur sabz mirch daal kar mix kar len.
  • Ab is mein corn flour aur maidah daal kar mix kar lein aur tayyar kiye hue mixture ki balls bana lein.
  • Phir balls ko corn flour aur anday mein dip kar ke bread crumbs laga lein.
  • Ab tayyar ki hui balls ko tail mein deep fry kar len.
  • Mazedar fish balls tayyar hain.

Trimmings

  • Chicken boneless strips 400 gram
  • Soya sauce 2 tbs
  • Stew sauce 1 tbs
  • Kuti laal mirch (Red stew powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch pisi hui (Dark pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tsp
  • Tail (Oil) 2 tbs

Trims for making boiled pasta:

  • Pani (Water) hasbe zaroorat
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  • Penne pasta 2 cup

Trims for making  White sauce pasta:

  • Tail (Oil) ¼ cup
  • Lehsan kuta hua (Garlic hacked) 2 tbs
  • Cream 2 cup
  • Cream milk 1 ½ cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch pisi hui (Dark pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Lehsan pisa hua (Garlic glue) 1 tsp
  • Cheddar 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbs
  • Kuti laal mirch (Red stew squashed) 1 ts

Trims for Embellish

  • Kala zaitoon (Dark olives) hasbe zaroorat
  • Kuti laal mirch (Red stew squashed) hasbe zaroorat

Steps to make

  • Sub se pehle aik bowl mein boneless chicken, soya sauce, stew sauce, kuti laal mirch, namak, kali mirch aur sirka daal kar achi tarhan blend Karein.
  • Phir is ko adolescent se chaar minute ya mukammal paknay tak shallow fry kar lein aur aik side standard rakh dein.
  • Pasta bananay ke liye aik container mein pani mein namak daal kar ubaal lein.
  • Stomach muscle is mein penne pasta daal kar 80 feesad paknay tak ubaal lein aur is ko aik side standard rakh dein.
  • White sauce pasta bananay ke liye pehlay se garam kiye shade dish mein tail aur lehsan daal kar aik minute ke liye bhoon lein.
  • Stomach muscle is mein cream aur milk cream daal kar aik se do minute tak pakayein.
  • Phir is mein oregano, kuti hui laal mirch, soya sauce, namak, kali mirch aur lehsan powder daal kar achi tarhan blend Karein.
  • Phir is mein cheddar daal kar cheddar pighalnay tak pakayein.
  • Stomach muscle is mein ubla hua penne pasta aur tayyar chicken dalein aur aik se do minute tak pakayein.
  • White sauce pasta tayyar hai is ko kala zaitoon, oregano, kuti laal mirch aur parsley se embellish kar kay serve Karein.

  • Tail (Oil) ½ cup
  • Peela khanay ka rang (Yellow food color)1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
  • Surkh mirch pisi hui (Red chilli powder)1 tbs
  • Kuti laal mirch (Red chilli crushed) 1 tbs
  • Imli pisi hui (Tamarind paste) 1 tbs
  • Ajwain pisi hui (Corom seed powder )1 tsp
  • Garam masalha pisa hua(Spices mix powder) 1 tsp
  • Zeera pisa hua (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Dhanya pisa hua (Coriander powder) 1 tsp

Steps to make


  • Sub se pehle aik bowl mein machli ko sirka, namak aur ajwain laga kar aik ghantay ke liye thanday pani mein bigho kar rakh dein.
  • Ab aik bowl mein dahi, leemoo ka ras, adrak, lehsan paste, peela khanay ka rang, namak, laal mirch powder, kuti mirch, imli paste, garam masalha powder, zeera powder, dhanya powder, chaat masalha aur haldi daal kar tamam ajza achi tarhan mix kar kay machli ko is mein teen ghantay ke liye mmarinette kar ke fridge mein rakh dein.
  • Ab machli ko achi tarhan pakanay tak grill kar lein.
  • Phir aik bowl mein dahi, imli paste, namak aur kuti hui laal mirch daal kar tamam ajza achi tarhan mix Karein
  • Mazedar grilled fish tayyar hai.

  • Ublay huay aaloo (Boiled potatoes) 400 gram 
  • Ubli hui gaajar (Boiled carrots) 300 gram
  • Saib (Apple) 1 kg
  • Ublay huay matter (Boiled peas) 200 gram
  • Mayonnaise 400 gram
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 300 gram
  • Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
  • Safaid mirch (White pepper) ¼ tsp
  • Mix fruit 200 gram
  • Kala angoor (Black grapes) 200 gram

Steps to make

  • Sub se pehle aik bowl mein ublay huay aaloo lein aur us mein ubli hui gaajar, saib, ublay huay matter, cream, icing sugar, namak aur safaid mirch daal kar mix kar lein.
  • Ab is par mix fruit, kalay angoor, pista aur badam ki garnish kar lein,

Red Velvet Hot chocolate

 Red Velvet Hot chocolate



Trimmings 

  •  4 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  •  10 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped (I used mini chocolate chips)
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick Red Food Color
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
  •  4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract


Steps to make:


For Red Velvet Hot chocolate:

  • Place milk and granulated sugar in a medium pot. Bring to stew on medium force, blending to separate sugar.
  • Wipe out from heat. Blend in chocolate with wire rush until mellowed. Blend in food tone and vanilla. Fill serving cups. Present with marshmallows and Cream Cheddar Whipped Cream, at whatever point needed.


For Cream Cheddar Whipped Cream

  • In the bowl of a stand blender, whip cold cream until fragile zeniths structure (this could require 5-10 minutes) Start on low and logically accelerate to high. Place whipped cream in a medium bowl and set aside.

Hamburger

Trimmings

  • 1 pound lean ground cheeseburger, or ground turkey
  • 1 colossal yellow onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons customary baking flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium cheeseburger stock, or chicken stock
