- Chicken boneless (Cube cutting) 500 gram
- Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 1 tbs
- Adrak pisi hui (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
- Leemoo ka ras (Lemon juice) 1 tbs
- Lehsan pisi hui (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
- Kali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper) 1 tsp
- Tail (Oil) 2 tbs
- Surkh mirch pisi hui (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs
- Makai ka aata (Corn flour) 2 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 ½ tbs
- Tomato ketchup 6-8 tbs
- Sabz pyaz (Green Onion) 5 gram
- Murgh yakhni (Chicken soup) ½ cup
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Sabz mirch kuti hui (Green chilli crushed) 5 gram
- Uper di gai tamam chezon ko mix krain
