No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Chocolate syrup banana ke liye ajza:
• Cocoa powder ½ cup
• Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup
• Pani (Water) 2 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Makkhan (Butter) 4 tbs
• Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
• Digestive biscuits 3 cup
Chocolate ganache ke ajza:
• Dark chocolate 1 cup
• Cream 1 cup
Assembling ke ajza:
• Chocolate biscuits
• Chocolate ganache hasbe zaroorat
• Chocolate frosting hasbe zaroorat
• Chocolate chips hasbe zaroorat
Steps to make:
- Sub se pehle chocolate syrup bananay ke liye aik pan mein cocoa powder, cheeni, pani, namak aur vanilla essence daal kar achi tarhan mix Karein.
- Phir usay do se teen minute tak pakayein aur makkhan daal kar gaarha honay tak pakayein.
- Ab isay room ke darjae hararat par thanda honay dein.
- Phir digestive biscuits ko baray tukron mein tor lein.
- Ab tayyar kiye huay chocolate syrup ko biscuits mein mix Karein aur cake mold mein set Karein.
- Phir is ko teen se char ghantay ke liye fridge mein rakhein.
- Chocolate ganache bananay ke liye dark chocolate ko cream ke sath pighla kar aik minute ke liye microwave mein rakhein.
- Ab is ko achi tarhan mix Karein jab tak ke chocolate cream mein achay se melt na ho jaye.
- Ab cake ko ganache ke sath layer karein aur is ko aik se do ghantay ke liye fridge mein rakhein.
- Assembling mein ab tayaar kiya hua cake lein, aur cake ke atraaf mein chocolate chips daal dein.
- Phir cake ko chocolate frosting se sajayein, No back chocolate cake tayyar hai.
