Trimmings and Procedure 

  • Chicken boneless (Cube cutting) 500 gram
  • Maidah (Refined wheat flour) 1 tbs 
  • Adrak pisi hui (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
  • Leemoo ka ras (Lemon juice) 1 tbs
  • Lehsan pisi hui (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
  • Kali mirch pisi hui (Black pepper) 1 tsp
  • Tail (Oil) 2 tbs
  • Surkh mirch pisi hui (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs
  • Makai ka aata (Corn flour) 2 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 ½  tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 ½  tbs
  • Tomato ketchup 6-8 tbs
  • Sabz pyaz (Green Onion) 5 gram
  • Murgh yakhni (Chicken soup) ½ cup
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Sabz mirch kuti hui (Green chilli crushed) 5 gram
  • Uper di gai tamam chezon ko mix krain
  • Mazedar  Chicken Manchurian tiyar h
