❤❤CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SAUTEED FOOD WITH NOODLES❤❤
👉Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 pound (1/2 box) entire wheat spaghetti
 - 2 pound boneless chicken bosoms or thighs
 - 4-6 tablespoons new ginger, finely ground
 - 1 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup honey
 
- 2 teaspoon bar-b-que sauce
 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - 2-4 cups carrots, diced
 
- 2-4 cups zucchini, diced
 - 2 cup peas
 
👉Directions
- Heat a huge pot of water to the point of boiling. Add noodles and cook as per guidelines Short 2 minutes.
 - Shower oil in an enormous saute skillet and go intensity to medium-high. In the interim, sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of chicken. Place chicken in skillet (S&P side down) and sprinkle the opposite side. Cook around 3 minutes on each side, until brilliant and firm at the edges. Eliminate to a plate and when cool, cut into scaled down pieces.
 - Utilizing the chicken container (counting every one of the drippings and earthy colored bits) add around 1/4 cup of water and saute carrots first.
