👉Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound (1/2 box) entire wheat spaghetti
  • 2 pound boneless chicken bosoms or thighs
  • 4-6 tablespoons new ginger, finely ground
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 teaspoon bar-b-que sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2-4 cups carrots, diced

  • 2-4 cups zucchini, diced
  • 2 cup peas



👉Directions

  1. Heat a huge pot of water to the point of boiling. Add noodles and cook as per guidelines Short 2 minutes.
